Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on product model, sales channel and order terms. Damage caused by misuse, local carrier incompatibility or unauthorized firmware changes may be excluded.
Returns
International returns must be approved before dispatch. For low-value cross-border samples, return freight may exceed product value and will be handled case by case.
